Order Tracking

All orders can be tracked online. You can find your tracking number two ways:
Check the shipping confirmation email we sent you (this should arrive in your inbox within 48 hours of purchase). The email will contain a tracking link if there’s one available.
If that doesn’t work:
Email our support team at support.studiomade@gmail.com and quote your order number/customer reference number. We’ll help you with the rest.

 

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

If your order doesn’t arrive within the maximum estimated timeframe we’ll send out a replacement using express shipping. Simply email our support team at support.studiomade@gmail.com with your order details.

 

How do I cancel my order?

Contact support.studiomade@gmail.com within 24 hrs of placing your order. That way we should be able to catch any transaction settlement and shipping before it goes through. Anything after this window will be treated as a regular refund.
Can I add items to my order after I have hit the place order/confirmation button?
If you want to add an item to your order please email our support team at support.studiomade@gmail.com within 24hrs of your purchase and we’ll do what we can to adjust things.

 

What are my payment options?

We provide a safe and secure payment gateway (Razorpay) offering the following payment options:

1. Credit Card
2. Debit Card
3. Net banking
4. UPI
Currently we do not offer Cash-on-Delivery (COD) as a payment option on domestic or international shipments. 
For international payments, some of the above options may not be available in your country; this will be determined at the time of checkout.
